This kit is designed to replace the points and condenser inside a Lucas 35D Distributor. The Lucas 35D was fitted to a wide range of vehicles including Land Rover, Range Rover, Rover, TVR, Morgan and more.
This is suitable for early Rover V8s. Early Rover V8s are engines classed as pre 1976. As many engines have been swapped or have been converted to the later front cover, it is not always easy to identify whether a Rover V8 is early or late.
